This may help you to make a better informed choice of the therapy most suited for your particular needs. Please phone for a half hour appointment. There is a small charge of £5 for this service.
Fees
We have a policy to accommodate clients on restricted income. If finances are a problem please speak to your practitioner initially.
Access to Building
Jackson’s Close is a steep narrow close, from which there are 2 access points to The Whole Works; a flight of stairs at the main entrance and 3 steps to the rear door. Within the property, there are internal steps to gain access to some rooms. Please let us know in advance about particular access requirements by phoning our receptionist. Some of our practitioners can offer appointments at venues which are wheelchair accessible - please enquire.
Children
Children are always welcome at The Whole Works.
Opening Hours
Reception is open:
9.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday
9.30am - 4.30pm Saturdays
Therapists Leaflets
Do not hesitate to ask for introductory leaflets to be sent to you about the therapies that most interest you.
Cancellation Procedure
Appointments cancelled under 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate unless circumstances excuse.
Parking
On street parking, Cockburn St. may yield a place but allow fifteen minutes. A multi-story car park is down the road in Niddrie St. There is always easy parking at Market St. or Jeffrey St. near Waverley.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee & herbal tea are available in the kitchen.
