BIOGRAPHY:
I am originally from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In 1998 my family and I moved to Edinburgh.
Being a busy mum with two young children I felt I needed some time out for myself. I started to have Reflexology treatments on a regular basis.
I was so enthusiastic about what Reflexology did for me that I decided to do a course in Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology. I qualified in October 2003.
I started my work as a Reflexologist in February 2004, treating people with Multiple Sclerosis at the MS Therapy Centre in Edinburgh, which I still do.
Since then I have done several other courses such as Indian Head Massage, Thai Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling and Hot Stone Therapy.
I enjoy what I do very much. I treat a variety of different clients who come to have treatments for all sorts of reasons. You do not have to be ill or unwell to have a complementary therapy treatment. Like a formula one race car your body and mind need maintenance. Complementary Therapy treatments can help you with that. They are simply a wonderful way to relax, unwind, energize and refresh.
