Jo Polding studied and worked as an R&D Scientist for over 10 years. During this time she benefited greatly from holistic therapies & decided to re-train.

Now, with an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage with Bavara, Certificate in Indian Head Massage and Reiki 1 & 2 she works as a therapist, as well as enjoying meditation, yoga, pilates, mountain biking & walking the dog.

Jo is a member of the Kinesiology Federation.
