My professional experience is founded on extensive hospitality and event management, ranging from the eclectic to the corporate.

Due to a growing shift in personal values, I re-trained in therapeutic massage in 2004 and I now work in both fields simultaneously. I continue to develop my therapy practice by incorporating a variety of additional techniques. These encompass a wide range of interest from back and neck pathology study to reiki.

My particular interest lies in using bodywork to restore a sense of internal balance and well-being and to work creatively and holistically to reduce stress in mine and others’ lives.
