Deep abdominal/colonic massage

Deep abdominal massage is also known as colon massage or internal organ massage.

Colon Massage is based on Swedish massage techniques and specific deep abdominal massage. The aim of colon massage is to encourage and remind the colon how to work efficiently. It helps with constipation, bloating and painful digestion as well as conditioning the skin and helping to diminish stretch marks and improve the condition of cellulite. Massaging the stomach also helps to re-balance the emotions and release tension.

It is a wonderful therapy that promotes relaxation and wellbeing, as well as aiding the elimination of toxins and waste products.
