£110 for the first (two hour) session for adults or children.

Follow up sessions last one hour and cost £55. The homeopathic remedy is normally included in this fee and will be posted to you some days after the session.

In certain circumstances I may need to order the remedy to be specially prepared and sent to you by a homeopathic pharmacy and then the cost of the remedy will be invoiced from the pharmacy to you.

Only one remedy is prescribed at a time. The usual cost for the one remedy (which includes p&p) is no more than five to eight pounds.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a highly effective system of medicine based on the ancient principle of ‘Like Cures Like’. This states that a large dose of a substance will produce a particular set of symptoms if given to a healthy person and will, if given in a highly diluted and energized (homeopathic) dose, cure a sick person who is suffering the same, or similar symptoms. 

Another fundamental cornerstone of homeopathy is that people with the same disease or diagnosis, will inevitably have different experiences of their condition, according to their individual susceptibilities. Homeopathic treatment embraces this fact and treats the whole person individually, choosing a remedy that is tailor made to suit the person in every respect, a bit like finding the right key to fit the lock. In giving the most similar remedy, a reaction is stimulated and healing can begin. 

The homeopathic remedy

Homeopathic remedies are sourced from naturally occurring substances in the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms. We currently have over 4,000 remedies in service and more come into use each year. Each substance undergoes a unique method of homeopathic pharmacy, which involves a systematic dilution and trituration (grinding) or succussion (vigorous shaking) until the remaining matter contains only the energy, the blueprint as it were, of the original source. This remarkable procedure renders the substance completely safe, so there are no harmful side effects. The result is that homeopaths can utilise toxic herbs, metals, animal venoms and other poisons with total confidence. Homeopathic remedies are therefore extremely suitable for babies, small children, pregnant women, the elderly and those who cannot tolerate drugs. They are easy and pleasant to take, the small tablets only need to be sucked not swallowed, powders dissolve quickly on the tongue and liquids can be sipped. 

What can homeopathy treat?

Homeopathy can be used to treat a very wide spectrum of health problems from everyday complaints such as an upset stomach or a cold, to serious deep-seated chronic disorders, be they of a physical, emotional or mental nature. Some examples of each of the categories are:
