Studies have shown that people who incorporate activities such as meditation, reading, hobbies, or physical exercise into their lives tend to be happier, healthier and more effective in all areas of their lives.
Reflexology introduces you to these relaxing and renewing moments so take the first step by putting your feet first!
The Practise of Reflexology was developed by a physiotherapist called Eunice Ingham working for Dr Joseph Shelby Riley. She mapped the entire body (organs, glands etc) onto the feet using Zone Therapy as a base.
She discovered that alternating various reflex points had greater therapeutic effects than Zone Therapy.
As the foot is the most sensitive area, and in a lot of cases, the most neglected, the benefits may be seen :
Reducing Stress
Improved Circulation
BalancingRevitalise energy
Preventative~ Regular Treatments may improve immune system, reducing colds etc.
Please NOTE: Reflexology is NOT massage, not medicine and cannot diagnose or treat specific illness.
As a Complementary Therapy Reflexology works holistically to facilitate healing.
