Meditation in Action ; ten week trainings

The ancient Chinese method of healing and a strengthening the body, mind and spirit.
It encourages awareness of feelings, stimulates the senses, builds vitality and clears the body of stagnant energies.


 

Creative Therapy

Gary regularly runs Creative Therapy workshops in Edinburgh. If your profession involves working directly with clients or you work in a team, then your understanding of how you interact with others is an important part of your job.

I recognise that personal development is, for many people, an instrumental part of their professional development and I will issue certificates stating CPD attendance hours on request.

Shiatsu, Japanese acupressure massage, Oriental Medicine Theory, touch qualities and movement
that stimulate and make contact with the various holistic energy functions of the body.
An holistic bodywork technique, applied through clothes to rebalance energy and develop awareness.


 

T'ai-Chi Chuan

Translated as "supreme ultimate way" - the ancient Chinese martial art for health and self defence.
This is a slow and graceful movement form to unite, integrate and develop the
mind, body and Qi energy (our vital life force), promoting general health,
well being, flexibility, strength and balance.
