Assessment service
This may help you to make a more informed choice of the therapy most suited for your particular needs. Please phone us if you’d like to make an appointment for the one-hour assessment consultation. The charge for the assessment is £60-£40, a sliding scale depending on income. Students and those who are unemployed are charged a lower rate for this service.
Fees
Some of our practitioners offer concessions to those who are unemployed or are on a low income. If finances are a problem, please mention this before booking your appointment.
Access to building
Jackson’s Close is a steep narrow close, from which there are two access points to The Whole Works; a flight of stairs at the main entrance and three steps to the rear door. Within the property, there are internal steps to gain access to some rooms. Please phone us in advance to let us know about particular access requirements. Some of our practitioners can offer appointments at venues which are wheelchair accessible – please enquire.
Children
Children are always welcome at The Whole Works.

Reception is open:
9.30am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday
9.30am – 3.00pm Saturdays
Therapists leaflets
Do not hesitate to ask for introductory leaflets to be sent to you about the therapies that most interest you.
Cancellation procedure
Appointments cancelled under 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate unless circumstances excuse.
Some therapists have their own cancellation policy.
Parking
Cockburn St. is closed to traffic between 10.30am-7pm. There’s a multi-story car park nearby on Blackfriars St. plus there are usually some parking spaces on Market St. or Jeffrey St.
