Samantha Woolls

Samantha trained in 2004 at the University of Brighton studying Carl Rogers Person Centered Counselling. Graduating in 2007 she became a College Counsellor at Lewes College Sussex Downs for young people and adults in Further Education. Moving into Private Practice in 2010 she developed a specialism in working with people who are suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Addiction and Grief and has a particular interest in helping people with Sexual Trauma. She has retained a keen interest in working with young people and students in Education.

Samantha has studied and researched the Physiology of the Mind/Body relationship through Neurobiology, Bio Chemistry and Quantum Physics. She has also studied at length the Spiritual teachings of Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now), working with him as a volunteer on retreat in Greece in 2018.

Samantha is passionate about accompanying people on their journey of self-discovery, helping clients to enable themselves to grow into their full potential, by learning new skills, techniques and philosophies to become a self reliant, resilient person. Samantha believes in the restoration and treatment of mind, body and soul. With these in order vitality can step forward, allowing humans to be in the Present Moment, free from worry and self-doubt.
