Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) / Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping, is an energy psychology tool combining tapping with two fingers on acupuncture points on the face, hands and body while focussing on a psychological issue. Scientifically proven to calm the stress response and lower cortisol levels, it allows you to relax and let go of overwhelming feelings so you can think more clearly, see the bigger picture and even retrain neural pathways.
Tapping works with our physical and energetic bodies as well as with our minds, which can enable you to feel and release emotions more quickly and easily.
