I am a counselling psychologist and trauma-informed therapist offering a warm, relational space where you can be fully met and supported. My approach is integrative and rooted in psychodynamic and person-centred values, with the understanding that healing happens in connection.
Alongside talking therapy, I offer EMDR and Brainspotting, which are powerful, body-based therapeutic methods that help process trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. When experiences are too big, too fast, or too early for us to cope with at the time, they can become stored in the body and nervous system. These approaches help release what has been held inside, creating more space for calm, clarity, and self-trust.
How I work
My aim is to create a compassionate, collaborative, and grounded environment where my clients can feel safe to explore their inner world at their own pace. Together, we may:
- Build understanding of patterns shaped by past and present experiences
- Connect with the body’s signals and innate wisdom
- Process trauma gently and safely
- Develop more supportive ways of relating to self and others
- Strengthen capacity for regulation, connection, and fulfilment
Psychotherapy is not only for times of crisis. It can be an opportunity to deepen our relationship with ourselves, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward a more meaningful and authentic life.
