REALIZATION PROCESS CLASSES IN PERSON WITH CINDY CUNNINGHAM

Tuesday 5th, 12th and 19th December 10 – 11.30 am
Cost: £60/ £45 concs.
Venue: Salisbury Centre
A small group format, guiding you through the embodiment practices, with time for sharing and individual help. Beginners are welcome.

Wednesdays 17th January – 21st February (6 weeks) 10.30 – 12 noon
Cost: £120/£80 concs.
Venue: Salisbury Centre

A continuation of exploring these subtle attunements, refining your perception, bringing in movement practices and deepening inward contact with yourself in your body.
