My counselling practice centres around the belief that real change happens through relationship—through being truly seen, heard, and accepted as you are. In our sessions, we will work to develop that kind of connection not only between us but also within yourself.
I work from a person-centred and psychodynamic foundation, which means I will meet you with empathy and curiosity, while also gently exploring how past experiences may be shaping the way you move through the world today. When appropriate, I may also draw on tools such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), body awareness, or mindfulness to support your process.
I have worked with people from many different walks of life and bring a strong cross-cultural awareness into my practice. I aim to acknowledge the realities of power, identity, and social context, and how these shape both your inner world and lived experience. I have a special interest in supporting those who have crossed national, cultural, or personal borders, as well as those experiencing the unique challenge to identity and purpose during the transitions of young adulthood.
I offer 50-minute sessions, and we will decide together how often and for how long we work together. I look forward to hearing from you!
