Having discovered the benefits of reflexology during her first pregnancy, Lisa pursued her interest in the wider benefits of reflexology as a complementary therapy practitioner.
Lisa studied with the Complementary Health School and received a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology. She is also a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
As part of her training, she explored a broad range of conditions including stress reduction, relief of joint pain and muscular tension, and strengthening the mind-body connection – supporting the body overall in a return to balance.
Lisa places an emphasis on comfort and ease, ensuring the client feels as supported as possible to allow them to experience the full benefits that reflexology can offer.
An initial treatment will begin with a consultation, to enable your treatment to be tailored to your individual needs, both physically and emotionally.
